1. Overview
TIER 1 HOME SOLUTIONS & Home Improvement, Inc. (Sponsor) is offering one (1) free roof (up to $15,000 value) as a grand prize. The giveaway period begins May 8, 2024, and ends December 31, 2024. The winner will be selected on January 6, 2025. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway.
2. Eligibility
Sponsor employees and their families are ineligible. Open to legal US residents aged 18+ whose primary residence is within 50 miles of Tier 1 Home Solutions, Limit one entry per household
3.How to Enter
No purchase necessary. To enter, complete an entry form online or in-store at a participating location.
4. Grand Prize
One winner will receive a free roof replacement up to $15,000. Roof must be installed by Sponsor and meet Sponsor’s installation standards. Home must be in suitable condition for installation. Winner is responsible for any necessary repairs prior to installation. Prize cannot be transferred or exchanged.
5. Winner Selection
Winner will be randomly selected on January 6, 2025, from all eligible entries. Winner will be notified by phone. Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable notifications.
6. General Conditions
Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost or late entries. By entering, you grant Sponsor permission to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation. Winner is responsible for all taxes.
7. Additional Restrictions
- The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

- Entrant must own and live in the residence that will receive the new roof
- Property must be located within TIER 1 HOME SOLUTIONS’s service territory, and within 50 miles of TIER 1 HOME SOLUTIONS.
- No purchase is necessary to enter
- Winner will be required to provide proof of home ownership
- Winner will be required to execute a publicity release.
